Yes, I find that very odd too.

The guy goes around complaining that the Republicans are obstructionist. Then goes around taking credit for the economy getting better.

So when he had his own way, it only got worse. Once he was obstructed, it started improving. And somehow he deserves the credit?

It doesn't pass the smell test.

Got that right. Obama became a much better president when the Dems lost the House. Imagine how much better he could be if the Dems also lost the Senate! That formula worked wonders for William Jefferson Clinton.

why dont you look at the facts that 69% of the new jobs pay 8.50 or less an hour. Just because people are buying more hamburgers doesnt equate to long lasting careers

Hourly wages today are higher than ever before. Does this mean you were crying about "new jobs paying less" five years ago when it was still lower?

There's a correlation between the economy improving and conservatives becoming unhinged and foaming at the mouth.

Obama's Magic Number? 150,000 Jobs Per Month - NYTimes.com

Quote:
The unemployment report on Friday will give us the most tangible read to date on how the economy is performing in 2012. It might also represent the most important number yet for President Obama’s prospects of winning re-election.

Here’s a spoiler: reports that say more than 150,000 jobs have been created can generally be interpreted as good news for Mr. Obama. Reports that come in at under 150,000 jobs could put him on a trajectory toward defeat.

Why do they need to be replaced?

Since the Great Recession ended TWO years ago and there has been continuous job creation every month for what? - 20 months in a row now? - long before the GOP took over the House, I disagree with YOUR assessment. More to the point though the American People will as well. Who YOU credit it to is not really important.

I've said before and I'll say it again - Obama will EASILY win re-election, EASILY.

He can only be re-elected if he has the most successful Election Fraud our nation has ever suffered, AND if he is not handcuffed yet for his subversive stance on our Constitution.
