NAACP Asking U.N. Human Rights Council to Condemn American Voter ID Laws | CNSNews.com

These people of the NAACP just don't like laws that make it more difficult to commit voter fraud. Why would that be? I think we all know the answer to that question.

It is not asking too much to require voters to show a photo ID to vote in elections.

There is no suppression of poor, minority, elderly or anyone else.

Asking the UN to investigate on the grounds of human rights violation is so outrageous.

Damn you all at the NAACP.

[sarcasm] You are doing so much to improve race relations [/sarcasm]

The NAACP is a bunch of racist garbage. You would serve "people of color" better if you addressed the problems they actually face, and voter ID isn't one of them.

Yeah, ridicule any nation bold enough to identify who is voting and how often.
OMG the nerve of some free nations.

I'm sure China, Nigeria, Cuba and Russia were very sympathetic to their cries of violations of human rights.

Well I guess they figure if Obama can take orders from the UN and now Panetta says he'll take orders from the UN then the NAACP figures the UN can tell us what to do.

I am totally NOT surprised about reading this.

The UN is another failed League of Nations, why we fund it is questionable. All the UN seems to do is take money and go party.

Guess that they are going to have to condemn our Supreme Court too!

Supreme Court upholds voter ID law

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court ruled Monday that states can require voters to produce photo identification without violating their constitutional rights, validating Republican-inspired voter ID laws.

The law "is amply justified by the valid interest in protecting 'the integrity and reliability of the electoral process" ..
Any surprise that it is ONLY the Liberal Dimmies that oppose voter ID?

Sure enough the NAACP must not be too well informed when they hear Obama and Panetta talking about the UN and NATO calling the shots for us. I guess they just think that if the UN is in charge of our foreign relations they must be in charge of our voting laws, also.
