How much of our tax dollars go to pay for government tranlators to tend to these lazy non english speakers. How do you even function? If I moved to another country I would learn their language out of common courtesy and I doubt any lunatics running around there would circle the wagons and defend my "right" to not learn their language. What is going on in this country?????
If they feel the need, they should. If they don't, they should be able to choose. That is fundamental to personal freedoms.
E.S., I disagree, point out one country, other than the U.S. that you would need to learn the native language. It's a matter of survival. There are enough English as a second language courses offered for free to help those who don't speak the language.
Should government agencies have to hire people who speak all these different languages so as to accommodate all the different languages spoken by the American public?
When the dealers at the craps table can't understand what a guy wants to bet on it's time to get an official language.
