Sure. There's anecdotal evidence that his mother went back to Italy to have him, so he could be born on Italian soil. His step-aunt in, uh, Naples, said so. There's a tape about it. Then she snuck back into Virginia and had his birth recorded ASAP so when he ran for president, he'd be a natural born citizen. Joe Arpaio is assembling a posse as we speak. You know, we haven't seen his "vault" BC, or any BC, from Virginia.

Now some of us might question if Santorum was born at all or just arrived from the space ship full grown. Then he would be an undocked alien.
It means nothing in the context of determining presidential eligibility. If Rick Santorum was born in the US, he is eligible to be President.

However, if it was discovered that Rick Santorum was an "anchor baby" born to a non-citizen it would mean the end of his political career. It would be great to watch Santorum be taken down by the same anti-immigrant hatred that he has helped foment.

Well, if the "birthers" are going after Santorum, it only shows that this isn't a partisan or racial issue to them.

I think she knew the chances of being elected Pope are far greater for those born in Italy. I also think the chances of him being elected Pope are far greater than being elected POTUS.
