Who cares if its a treaty or not, its the law of the land. See above, you are simply wrong about the context of the case.
from the link.

"The Court held that the First Amendment's protection of the "free exercise" of religion does not allow a person to use a religious motivation as a reason not to obey such generally applicable laws. "To permit this would be to make the professed doctrines of religious belief superior to the law of the land, and in effect to permit every citizen to become a law unto himself." Thus, the Court had held that religious beliefs did not excuse people from complying with laws forbidding polygamy, child labor laws, Sunday closing laws, laws requiring citizens to register for Selective Service, and laws requiring the payment of Social Security taxes."

I'll stand by my statement that your judgemental name-calling may well make you a Christian in name only. WHY should 'most Americans' be offended when a native tribe is allowed to practice their own religion? You may first have to find inferior intellects before you can defend yourself from them.

Killing any living thing for no good reason is wrong.............. Wierd how the pro-lifers scream about terminating unspecialised embryo cells but don't mind the killing of actual living breathing animals...... animals includes humans too......... seems once animals are born, they lose their right to live in many cases.

So I guess you are for an exception from Obama's contraception law for religious groups?

This has to be the most hilarious thread in the forum today.

I was 10 minutes late for work today. I guess that's probably Obama's fault too. Everything is, right?

Obama is all about flaunting the law, and refusing to enforce laws he does not like (so much for that oath of office eh?). He gives out waivers to folks NOT to obey the law all the freaking time, and it does not matter if the Constitution does not give him the authority to do it or.... he's the king after all.

Leave it to the pro abortion folks to compare human babies to animals. Eagles and babies are not equal.

Killing anything for religious reasons is WRONG but Obama didn't create this situation.
