I'm stating the simple fact the decision you cite concerns a state's right to withhold unemployment compensation when peyote was used on the job, NOT in a religious context and has NOTHING to do with US treaties with native peoples and whether they are freely allowed to practice their own religions.
Who cares if its a treaty or not, its the law of the land. See above, you are simply wrong about the context of the case.

Obama is all about flaunting the law, and refusing to enforce laws he does not like (so much for that oath of office eh?). He gives out waivers to folks NOT to obey the law all the freaking time, and it does not matter if the Constitution does not give him the authority to do it or.... he's the king after all.

Killing anything for religious reasons is WRONG but Obama didn't create this situation.
