Barbour's justification for this was his Christain faith. He said that as a Christain he believes that people can change and should be forgiven. Admirable sentiment -- but still... if I were one of the victim's family members, I'd be upset. Leave the forgiveness to Jesus -- let's fry the SOB.

Why not just make your point? This is 4 times in the last couple days where a poster, bent over so far backwards trying to be sarcastic that people thought he/she was serious and argued seriously against a sarcastic post. Ever heard the expression 'too clever by half?'
I refuse to belive this. I have been told up and down that Democrat Socialists want to free convicted criminals back into society and give them cars for their inconveniences. If Haley Barbour not only pardoned these evil men and gave them cars, all the while not returning attempts at contact from the survivors of their horrific crimes, let alone giving those hapless victims any godless handouts for their misery and suffering... how could he be anything but a Dem?
This has nothing to do with R or D it has to do with the fact Barbour is a pos human being and should have never let the killers out. When will people wake up and smell the coffee. R and D are 2 branches of the same tree.
