Maybe Lewis was afraid he'd end up in a landfill if he didn't give them top billing.
They even have their own web site detailing the corruption

Good to see California ranked as one of the least corrupt. Right-wingers may hate it, but it's true.
Have only read the first 30, so I apologize if I'm repeating something.

NJ among the least? Surely they jest! I agree with those who question why Illiniois isn't in the top 5. Just last night, DH and I were discussing the Ill. primary. (We used to live in IL.) I said I thought Santorum might win there, b/c he's a crook, bilked that school district in PA out of all that money. Upon reflection, I said maybe it wasn't a big enough scame, only $100,000.

I live in Ga and yes it is VERY corrupt especially in the small counties where I live. I call it a good ole boy county. I hate it here.

Suggesting a state that has more anti corruption laws because they are more corrupt is flawed why? What usually happens in the aftermath of a big scandal? They tighten the laws up.

I have been around the block a few times and I have never figured out how to bribe a government official except with a huge campaign contribution. I was just wondering how to do it.

If you have to ask you can't afford to do it.

Not a conservative either. Looks like you need to learn about different opinions and how they will not always be the same as yours.
Then move if you don't like it.

What are you complaining to me for? I don't care about Illinois one way or the other.
