You're dead wrong about that. I'm starting to see a lot of jobs from a wide range of industries asking for (and sometimes requiring) spanish/english bilingual skills. As the spanish speaking population continues to explode in this country you will see it more and you are not doing any favors to your children by not allowing them to be taught spanish from a young age when it is easier to learn.
