A 13-year-old boy who police say was doused with gasoline and lit on fire last week while walking home from school is recovering from first-degree burns to his face and head.
The boy was just two blocks from his home in Kansas City Tuesday when two teenagers began to follow him and then attacked him, his mother, Melissa Coon, said.
OK........so a couple of black a$$holes commit a reprehensible crime against a white kid.
Like I just said, it's horrible. I also know that the only reason the OP posts garbage like this is that he has a certain agenda. What "point" are you trying to prove, except that you're really no better than the kids that committed this crime?

Let's see... number of people I've set on fire today: zero. So, yeah, I am better than the savages that committed this crime. Typical libreal. When the news doesn't fit your world view you are left with only one optioon: attack the messenger.
You wanted to know the reason I posted a news story? Because its a news story. Don't like it, don't read it. I'm sure you can find something else to be outraged by.

There will be people who defend the animals who did this. They won't come out and say so directly but they will 'defend it' by deflecting the thread, attacking the messenger (already done) or pointing out incidents where Blacks have been victims of White racist attacks. I live in Kansas City and am here now. I haven't heard about this yet. It must have just happened. It's really said these psychopaths did this. They should call out somebody capable of doing this for what they are.
As for East High School, that's a weird area. Much of KC's far east side is actually very white. Hardcore working-class. So this isn't exactly ground zero of the ghetto.
Horrible crime to be sure. Maybe its just the dark ironic sense of the absurd in me but is any else struck by the juxtaposition of race of the individuals and their names?
How do we apply the "hate crime " laws to teens? We may find out from this one. However, I know what Missouri was forced to use as a replacement for the death penalty a few years ago for the very grisly murder of a woman by two teens of her race. I do not think this will be tried as a hate crime in the courts partially because of the racial question. Something to set a starting point for later crimes of this sort needs to be done, but it won't happen.
