No. The majority of us, who elected him, do not think he is ineligible or ever has been. And we know how to spell ineligible. Therein lies the difference.
1. Even the worst charges possible were Birther wet dreams to come true are not subject to life imprisonment.
2. Look up the "De Facto Officer Doctrine." Everything Obama has done as president, every signature, every appointment, every executive order would remain perfectly valid and completely in force.
It amazes me how little you guys know about the law, and yet how willing you always are to pretend that you have a clue.
You didn't read the story, either, and are talking out your ass as the others are with no knowledge of what was in the link. No wonder so many of you worry about birthers. This article had nothing to do with where Obama was born and everything to do with his later life. Go ahead and read it and we can discuss it.

I have noticed this as well. They comment based on what they think is in an article I may post. It's always obvious when they haven't read it.
If they do read something, they often read into it things that are not there. This has been the reason that I conclude (and have always stated) that "liberals can't read". They generally show very poor reading and comprehension skills.
Someone sent me this article this morning. I read it through and thought the man was credible. If he goes on any talk shows to be interviewed and/or gains any attention from the MSM, he can expect to be investigated and smeared by them, as was Joe The Plumber.
He absolutely is credible. He would have no reason to lie. Further his statements answer some questions:
If Ayers was just "some guy in the neighborhood", as Obama claimed, why would Ayers have held a party where his political career was allegedly launched? Obviously, there had been some ongoing relationship.
We had not known previously how it was that Obama paid for his education. Now we do.
The left has been trying to hide Obama's past from the public ever since he came on the scene. It is becoming more and more difficult for them to do so. This is why the increase in intensity of the ridicule of those of us who expose the truth about who this man is. The wizards cannot hide behind the curtain forever.
Here is what we have learned about Obama:
He embraces 'Critical Race Theory' as taught by it's founder, Derrick Bell, and his Justice Department puts it into practice, choosing which laws it will obey and defend, which cases it will pursue (choosing not to pursue cases against minorities).
As a believer in 'Critical Race Theory', he is a racist.
He believes in Black Liberation Theology.
He hates America.
His 'Christianity' is a fraud, and he can just as easily identify with Islam (explains why he can 'slip' and say, " ... my Muslim Faith ... ")
What he believes about Christian doctrine is not what the Bible teaches (this comes from Rev Wright as well).
He was mentored by Frank Marshal Davis, a Marxist and writer of pornography and who also practiced deviant sexual behavior.
I think we know enough about the man to know he shouldn't be President of the United States.
This all reminds me of the 2001 conspiricy nuts to be honest. You have people with no degrees in the fields they are talking about spewing on about the science of structural engineering and fire modeling. And when you get real experts in the field to debunk every one of their claims they dismiss them as being biased o.O. As i said before if the president was going to pull off an epic forgery like this i'm pretty sure even if he did a *sloppy job before the election as some people have stated* after election he would have cleaned all that up. I mean you think the CIA and the FBI don't employ document forgers? You think the secret service doesn't know how to find out who could do it? Hell the people who chisel the plates for currency certainly would possess the skill to forge documents from pre 9/11 with little security behind them.
