Rep. Walter B. Jones Jr., R-N.C., has introduced a resolution declaring that should the president use offensive military force without authorization of an act of Congress, “it is the sense of Congress” that such an act would be “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”
Specifically, Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves for Congress alone the power to declare war, a restriction that has been sorely tested in recent years, including Obama’s authorization of military force in Libya.

Exactly... now, is that an impeachment bill? It's not even a bill at all. No. It's a proposed non-binding resolution about what Congress might do if some hypothetical future thing occurred.
That anybody would delude themselves into believing that is an impeachment bill is... well, pick your adjective; stupid, ignorant, disingenuous, foolish, absurd, puerile, oblivious... oh I could go one for pages, but you get the point.
I think they enjoy honor, truth, and respect a leader that isn't a sleeper cell.
The president is a sleeper cell?! I'm deeply troubled by this revelation, and since I read it on the internet it must be true. What organization is he secretly working for, pray tell?
