So, your task was to defend the lies that Obama ever said "the Constitution is irrelevant" or that he "is not bound by it."

Nowhere in that audio clip does he say anything close.

Thanks for playing. Try again.

Rep. Walter B. Jones Jr., R-N.C., has introduced a resolution declaring that should the president use offensive military force without authorization of an act of Congress, “it is the sense of Congress” that such an act would be “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”

Specifically, Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves for Congress alone the power to declare war, a restriction that has been sorely tested in recent years, including Obama’s authorization of military force in Libya.

Exactly... now, is that an impeachment bill? It's not even a bill at all. No. It's a proposed non-binding resolution about what Congress might do if some hypothetical future thing occurred.

That anybody would delude themselves into believing that is an impeachment bill is... well, pick your adjective; stupid, ignorant, disingenuous, foolish, absurd, puerile, oblivious... oh I could go one for pages, but you get the point.

There is no impeachment bill before congress.

You fail.

Where you fail is, the only Oath we took is to uphold the US Constitution and to defend the USA from foreign & domestic enemies.

Violating the US Constitution, make you a domestic enemy.

Remember... lawful and the US Constitution is the law of the land, that chains the federal government from over stepping its power.

The president is a sleeper cell?! I'm deeply troubled by this revelation, and since I read it on the internet it must be true. What organization is he secretly working for, pray tell?
