Why not? People here have already assumed her political ideology based on her race, age, and gender. For all we know she could be a Ron Paul supporter.

I don't see any reason for anyone on this thread to make an object of someone's mental disorder and criticize her when she's clearly having an episode.

"They were talking about natural selection. They were talking about peacocks and how females choose their mates by their most feathers and the woman started asking about how that killed all black people," said one FAU student.
Hey, whatever makes your agenda more convenient, I guess.
I don't have an agenda. Maybe you do which is why you brought up Zimmerman in a thread about a female who had a break with reality in the middle of her class and why professors should be able to defend themselves.
I think she was Baker-Acted. Can you imagine having to listen to her scream in an enclosed car all the way to the county jail?
She was Baker Acted and was taken to a hospital, not the county jail.

Not so clear to some on this thread who would rather make this obviously sick woman into a joke.

I remember the old days when if I had told her to shut up she would have done so or I would have escorted her to some authorities and told them she wasn't coming back to my class. However, that would have been inthe 60s when teachers were still in control of their classrooms. The first time she shouted the F word or any of the forms of it would have been her last in my room. Of course, back then we weren't forced to never touch a kid especially in a situation like this one.
Roy, pay attention! This did not take place in a public school classroom.
Not even in the "old days" was it possible to reason with an insane person.

What behavior did he exhibit that would cause you to suspect that he had a mental disorder?
