Could be, according to this extremely disturbing report.

"The boy raised his hand, eager to answer the question. "What would you know about it?" exclaimed the teacher dismissively. "You're not our race."

" According to a woman named Melissa Coon, it was what a teacher at East High School in Kansas City told her 13-year-old son, Allen, when he attempted to answer a question during Black History Month. Coon identifies that teacher as Mrs. Karla Dorsey, who is black; Allen is white... Allen was a victim of a vicious racial attack last week in which two older black teens doused him with gasoline and set him alight, saying, "This is what you deserve. You get what you deserve, white boy."

"While this crime is making headlines, Coon states that it was merely the horrible culmination of continual racial harassment her son had to endure at East High. Moreover, after conducting an investigation... I've learned that Coon's son is not alone. Other white students also report a pattern of racial harassment at the high school at the hands of their peers -- and, shockingly, their teachers."

Another case where cameras in the classroom could be helpful. Too much inappropriate garbage goes on in the public schools. Something needs to be done. (BTW, read this story, to see a picture of what real bullying looks like - and its not someone verbalizing a difference of opinion. )

1 more reason why anthropology needs to be taught in public school for all 13 years starting in kindergarden.

The only way to eliminate race as a divisive criteria in this country is by making anthropology a required subject in all schools across the nation.

But it won't happen because the government likes to have racial divisions in the USA, we're just one big social experiment to them.

It pays to keep people divided by the concept of race, how else would political parties in their present state survive otherwise? Pathetic.

Race is more a social concept than it is a gov't or scientifically based one. But I note some start threads promoting it.

On Christmas, I don't engage people in conversations about satanism. On the one day womens history is being considered, it shouldn't be hijacked and reframed as a discussion all about men. Equally, when black history is being discussed, turning it into a discussion about competing brands of racism is not in any way useful. It's malevolent, as would be discussing satanism on Christmas.

Name one media outlet that thinks racism doesn’t exist among black people! Black racism might not be as prevalent as white racism but it does exist. Only a fool would think otherwise.

Where are the parents of these victimized white students? What type of parent would ignore and/or continue to allow their children to go to school in such hostile environments?

A teacher slapped a student's a$$? Why wasn't the principal involved? The School Board? The police??!!!!

How is making anthropology a required subject going to eliminate race divisiveness? I’ve taken anthropology in college and it’s a science of observation. It highlights differences, examines migration patterns and studies languages all through a biased approach.

Coon said the boys go to her son’s school yet they have not been identified.

He can give a description down to the number on one of the “assailant’s” shoes, but cannot give a facial sketch artist enough to work with.

The kid had gasoline poured on him, it was lit with a Bic and he only “singed his eyebrows, eyelashes and recieved first degree burns (first degree burns are on the line with a bad sunburn)

He only spent “a few hours” in the burn unit and was then sent home.

There has been no additional word from the police on the matter.

No one saw 2 black kids walking in the neighborhood with a gas can.

They didn’t take the gas container as evidence.

MOMMY LIED...THIS IS A HOAX!!!
