It's called satire, don't be obtuse. I said "call for" not "insist" on.

It was the OP that opened up with the absurd, by accusing republicans as not caring about the child because he was "outside the uterus", when he cannot back up that assertion.

I, on the other hand, have the HHS secretary's own words, claiming that reducing births, thru contraception, i.e. aborting a fetus, is a good way to reduce health care costs. Still other democrats promote late term abortions for children who would otherwise be born with burdensome birth defects.

So tell me again, how am i being absurd, when I'm just repeating claims made be democrats

They are all over, one simply needs to remove the liberal blinders and see reality.

Well let's see, he is 9 years old. That would mean he has already lived the majority of his life under that mean old Republican President Bush. Guess that answers your question.

Ok, two hospitals, 10 year waiting period then. By the way I'm not a liberal, I'm a realist. Our current HCS sucks, that is real. No, I'm not particularly fond of Obama's "forced to purchase for-profit insurance" to line the pockets of wall street scum and investors, that is real too. By the way Obama's plan is a rehash of an old republican plan and a current republican presidential candidate--that's for real also!

I'm just trying to hold my patience in check, when I read stupid comments by 0bama sycophants and ignorant libs, who try to present the absurd notion, that if we do not approve of the federal government taking over control of some aspect of our lives, whether it's health care or schools lunches, that some how it means we just want to see people suffer and die.

I agree that if the fed becomes too involved, positioning itself squarely between patient and doctor, that will never be acceptable. We do have that now with insurance companies. Many don't realize it but it's true, I've witnessed it, seen it, fought it and had law firms investigate it only to be squashed. Certainly two wrongs do not make a right. If this happens with the fed getting itself in our faces the masses should put a halt to it, pronto. Or you would hope.
