Every day in any court room in world, survivors are given monetary compensation for the wrongful death of their loved ones. Whether the compensation is $46,000.00 or $46 million neither can ever replace the life of a loved one but the only basis basis in jurisprudence be it western or anywhere else is to make some sort of payment and when the annual income of an Afghani is $426.00 (it was $70 in 2004) what amount would you consider to be adequate? In the U.S. you would be luck to net an equal representative amount.
