Could you post the link to where she successfully had her conviction overturned for the crimes she was convicted of? Or are you saying the court records of her being convicted for a crime are just like, not real or something.
The fact that she was charged with violations of law does not mean she in fact committed a crime - the airport police charged her only to cover their own butt. It is standard procedure for corrupt LEO's when they know they have acted wrongly. The jury went along like good sheeple.
So once again - what was her crime? Not what she was charged with - what did she do specifically that was against the law?

Charged and convicted.
This women was dealing with the TSA and refused multiple times to let them search her bag. When the police were called, it was out of TSA hands and into law enforcement's hands. When a police officer gives a lawful instruction while doing their duty, you must follow it. Arguing and pushing the officer's hand away is a sign of hostility and police are trained to go hands on until in custody.
TSA does not have police. the stations have regular police assigned to their own kiosk at check point in case force is needed.
usually a contact solution bottle identified in xray does not touch off a slug fest and arrest, i suspect a few tidbits of info are missing.
In the video you will see two Police Officers and one TSA officer trying to detain a woman who resists arrest.
IMHO the country would be better off if we had a couple of incidents than having to succumb to this evil absurdity every time we get on an airplane. Having to "behave properly" and prove to some paranoid thug that you are not guilty before the crime is not the mark of a free society but of a bunch or terrified thoughtless fools.
So much for my plans to fly anywhere for business or vacation in the future.

She was charged with obstruction of justice.
Bull****!
She didn't seem to resist at all, the cops were totally crazy... they shouldn't be allowed to behave like that! In other countries they would have been charged with assault or something like that (besides losing their jobs)

So we should beat the crap out of children when they are perceived to not follow orders? Some crazy rationalization you got there.

Exactly why I said they used too much force in my earlier post and they went to court and she got a settlement. I guess you both missed that part. No one reads the threads anymore. How could you key off one thing I said and totally disregard the other. He asked if she commited a crime. She did. It's not rocket science. They used too much force and she took them to court and won....they also took her to court ...and won. More than one crime was committed here... I guess she's innocent since they used too much force?
Is that what you are trying to say? That's some crazy rationalization you got there.
Why on earth did the TSA officer get involved? They aren't LEO's, they cannot detain.
