Therefore if the other guy does it to you in your fantasy, it's okay to do to them...even if no one in reality actually has.

I live in this area and I pointed out that the police department has had issues in this area before but no one cared. It's easier to believe that Martin was planning a rash of crimes then to consider we're dealing with a sorry ass police department.

The instances about the PD preference were in 2005 and 2010 and were specifically related to relatives of officers. I think these incidents would fall under nepotism vs racism...
