Santorum is a nut! He almost snagged the Republican Primary here in Ohio from Romney, who had to come from behind to win! I'm no fan of Romney either, but damn! Not to mention if he were president, he'd probably make it mandatory for women to dress like puritans.

I think most Americans would appreciate having jobs rebuilding our roads etc, having their health care provided and making their own choice about abortion and being free of Income tax would be reasonably pleased.
You have my vote.

Of course #5 is theoretical as I would never actually vote for a socialist. And if only Paul wasn't so anti-Israel he'd go from 4 to 1, but I cannot stomach the thought of abandoning the middle east to the radical islamists. Between the two progressive flip floppers Gingrich and Romney, I don't trust either one of them but at least I prefer Gingrich's current rhetoric to Romney's current rhetoric. So that leaves Santorum as the only option.

I'm really not ethusiastic about any of the choices.
that drives me crazy when people say paul is anti israel. do you get the sense that ron paul is pro muslim instead?

ron paul is just against wasting money, fighting endless wars, creating terrorists around the world, and getting american citizens killed in the process-and what's wrong with that?????

the best thing about ron paul is that he is PRO AMERICA, putting americans first for a freaking change.

i would write in ron paul before i would vote for santorum, who is clearly the most hawkish republican besides obama.

santorum is an insincere lobbyist who will support anyone (including, evidently, obama) to get elected. i think his electability chances are highly overrated by the "pro war" republicans. i would submit that there are more people who do NOT want to get into war than do.

romney isn't great on the war issue, but he is still better than obama-who has turned into quite the warmonger:

Obama Admin. Escalates Drone War in Yemen

My LAST choice on the list would be Obama. I would, however, vote for any one of the Three Stooges before Obama.
