If he never saw the letters, 3 out of the thousands that arrive daily, he should be blamed for not responding to them?

What would the failure in this case be? Not reading every single letter that comes to the WH?
Has any President ever claimed the failure of things that they have no control over?

I get it, you are pissed because Obama did not offer condolences to the family of murdered foreign nationals. People he probably never knew existed. But answered a question about a kid in Florida who was murdered, when he was asked a direct question about the incident. The two are in no way related.

ALL Presidents use things, and events, that look good politically. This is nothing new. But your OP was about him not sending his regrets to people he might not have even had a clue about, and not answering letters he might have never gotten.

Maybe you haven't noticed, but the TM case has gone national? Now if he didn't comment on it, bad Obama. But he did, and it's still bad Obama. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

What other crimes and spats between private citizens did he publicly get involved in? The TM/GZ situation isn't a "spat", but there has been a crime, and the parents, rightfully so, want to see justice served. Is that too much to ask? If TMs parents never went public, I'm sure Obama would not have nothing to say about it, like the 100s of crimes that occur every day.

I'm sure that Obama wasn't aware of their "demand" until they made it public. Whatever they expected from some government department in the US, they should have taken it up with the Florida politicans because that's where their sons were murdered, not on the White House lawn.

Interesting. If there was an unlawful arrest why weren't the officers disciplined? Why wasn't a lawsuit filed?

Hint: Gates was arrested because he was a complete entitled jackass. If he had remained calm and showed ID it never would have happened. He was arrested for disorderly conduct- not B&E. If you look up the disorderly conduct statute in Mass. it gives the police broad leeway to arrest people who are not compliant or out of control in order to gain control of situations. The charges are most often dropped or continued without a finding.

LMAO- Barry is like a puppet on a string in front off the press and off telepropmter. They play him like an out of tune fiddle. Is this man familiar with the phrase "no comment"? Apparently not.

The home owner was on his own property, committing no offense. He explained it to the cops. They kept pressing, he pressed back, they hauled him away.

Dumb move.

Guy at his own place, doing nothing wrong shouldn't be hassled/arrested by cops dispatched for a bogus call.

Let's say someone called in and reported that a man was attempting to break into your home. How would you feel if the cops rolled up, the guy told them it was his house, he refused to show ID, the officers took his word for it, did nothing, and left. How would that sit with you? What kind of police work is that? How pathetic can you get in defending something Obama has said? That's rhetorical btw........

Unless it's something that happens to a black person by a white (hispanic).

Forgetting the 100's of blacks murdered by other blacks.

He is the only president that I have ever seen who continuously remarks on individual cases (as long as they have perceived racial overtones).

He is a small man.
