So the Supreme Court "justices" feel that second-guessing police officers who want to strip search people arrested for speeding would be overstepping their authority, but second-guessing the president on national health care issues isn't. Only in the mind of a deranged nut (in other words,a Republican) could this make any sense whatsoever.
Do people really think they are going to strip search everyone? Let one of those Senators kids get arrested and strip searched and it will become an issue.
Hard to believe that the 4 libs on the court don't think prisoners should be fully searched before they enter a jail or prison for the safety of the guards and other prisoners.
As long as they have a valid reason to be in jail, of course search 'em.
But it I'm wrongly put there briefly, I'm gonna be powerful sore after a strip search.
