And just how do you KNOW her job description made it mandatory to view every show staged by students?

She was being forced into acknowledging their lifestyle.

It was likely of no artistic merit anyhow. Gays whining on and on about how they're outcasts.

Ozmun, who is still employed by the university, was in her fourth year of a tenure-track when the incidents occurred. The Department of Theatre and Dance had scheduled a 2010 performance by Tim Miller, described in court papers as an “openly homosexual man who advocates for normalizing homosexuality and homosexual marriage.” Miller’s one-man show is about “his homosexual lifestyle using obscene language and sexual gestures.”
She should sue the college.

eta. I don't think the kid should have been punished in any way. They could have given him an alternate lesson plan.
He shouldn't need an "alternate lesson plan." It was an ECONOMICS CLASS for crying out loud. Kids have a right to be taught academics in school. We're not paying for social/political indoctrination.

He is hired to do a specific task, if he can't do it he's fired.

What don't you understand?

I'm surprised he wasn't sued by his employer for misrepresentation when he applied for the job....

Oh didn't you know? There already have been Muslims to challenge their job requirements on a religious basis.

I never said it was in her job description, I said IF it was in her job description. Big difference.
I am trying to find the job description, but no luck so far.
