What's that you say?? Oh yeah the brudderhood said they weren't interested in taking power in Egypt. I guess they lied. So much for freedom coming to Egypt. In with the new boss worse than the old boss for Egypt. Obama stands with the muslims though like he said in his book.

"Sharia was and will always be my first and final project and objective," Shater was quoted on Wednesday as telling a meeting of the Religious Association for Rights and Reform - a group of which he is a member, along with figures who belong to the hard-line Salafi school of Islam.
In comments reported in a statement issued by the Association, Shater told the meeting held on Tuesday night that he would establish a special entity to help parliament achieve this objective.
The Brotherhood's reversal of its promise not to contest the
elections has drawn criticism from inside and outside the group, whose party controls the biggest bloc in parliament and which dominates an assembly that is drawing up the constitution.

I'm shocked, shocked I tell you! NOT

I think those who have been paying attention have known this for quite sometime. Don't worry though, the far left insists it will never happen here.

Not your country. Why do you care what the Egyptians choose for themselves?

I swear, Americans always think they know what's best for others. If they want Sharia, let them have it. Geez.

We insist it because it won't.

Damn, i can't get over how scared the average conservative is. First the Hispanic takeover, then the black riots, and now Sharia Law.

I don't know how you guys keep your blood pressure under control with all the fear you're consumed with.

"Concerned" is more like it, not "scared". We live in uncertain times and there are no guarantees. Conservatives have their feet planted firmly on the ground and pay attention to what is happening in the world. Liberals have their heads in the clouds.

Yea, thinking that Sharia Law has any chance of coming to America is a sure sign of having "feet planted firmly on the ground." Right. Sure. A very sure sign.

Be afraid be very afraid. Be so afraid that you demand the government set up third world dictators and fund them with borrowed money from China and if that doesn't work invade said countries Neo-Con style.
