Video footage of black customers being the victims of blatant racism in 2012. But of course let the Right Wing tell it, racism died out in mid 60's with the passing of the Civil Rights Acts
To be fair, why would any Black person even want to go to that bar in the first place? I can't imagine any normal, non-self hating Black person actually wanting to go to an all-White bar.

Sorry, but that statement doesn't justify a "to be fair." Whether they should WANT to enter an establishment or not is irrelevant... they should be ABLE to patronize any business they so desire, regardless.

That's a bizarre thing to say. It sounds like you're trying to defend the whites, which is fine with me, but why don't you just come out and say that you don't believe in the Civil Rights Act as it pertains to accommodations?

They have no where else to go, almost all of the so called black bars in my area have been closed down due to violence and killings. I honestly don't blame them for protecting their establishment from this. Let a few good ones in and the bad ones follow.

One more thing... I've been to a few "all-black" and gay bars in my time, even though I'm white and straight. WHY I wanted to go there didn't matter (in most cases it was because I accompanied a black and/or gay friend), what mattered was that nobody turned me away at the door. And if they had, I'd be screaming discrimination as loudly as these fellows in KY.

Wow, just wow. I've now changed my mind... it apparently would be stupid for anyone to enter these "all-white bars," if this is the kind of racism that prevails in such a place. Seriously???
