I don't make it a habit to scoop yogurt out into the bag to transport it home. In fact, my dairy tends to be in a container of sorts when I purchase it.

This might be implemented in California and if it is - the money will most certainly not be allowed to be kept by the merchant - it will go directly to the state - which will be interesting. It would demonstrate that the Dems aren't so much concerned about the environment - but on how to get their hands on the people's money without having to offically pass a new tax.
California leading the way again. They should be proud of their legislators here. Back in the 70"s they created more stringent air pollution standards for cars and their air quality went up for forty years compared to the rest of the US that went down. It's a small sacrifice, that will produce good results. It's why California is respected the World over compared to these backward Red States. This Texan says thanks for showing the rest of the Nation how it's done.
