Allow me to make this a least important argument since I'm responding to it... but they were removed. And that's okay? Free speech expires after...?

Islam? Probably no ordinance since they are somewhat feared and they have their groups to claim racism and/or religious intolerance.
Allow me to make this a least important argument since I'm responding to it... so only because they are feared, otherwise they shouldn't be extended the same freedoms...?

It depends on who it is that is protesting and how much risk is incurred by taking up action to stop the group.
Allow me to make this a least important argument since I'm responding to it... oh so free speech is limited by "risks incurred". Nice. Spoken like a "Real", "Patriotic", "Protect the Constitution" American.

Some people seem to think that free speech means you get to do whatever you want.

....even if it means you have to infringe on the rights of others to do so.

Because that's THEIR right.

LMAO.

It's not free speech expiring. At some point, by occupying a park for an extended period of time you have infringed upon the usage rights of other citizens that would like to utilize said park.

Other people have rights too...an often overlooked fact when dealing with the self-righteous and self-centered.

We have preachers out on Downtown Crossing and in the Commons every day in the summer here in Boston. I have neve seen the cops trying to roust any of them. They are, like the tourists being led around by guides in 1760's clothing, just part of the scene.
