It would appear that the defendant (not the victim) is a liar.

Why do you think it's justifiable for him to lie, not only about the money, but also about the extra PASSPORT?

No. They're betting to win because George Zimmerman's credibility is so questionable and they can prove it with even more records now.

They would not have even necessarily raised his bond due to him stating how much he had raised.

He just needed to truthfully state what he had, and that is was for his defense fund.

The prosecution made fools of themself at the first hearing. Their case is flimsier than rotting paper. This is a distraction from the real issues.

The judge made the decision, not the prosecutor.

Judges don't like to be lied to...

Trayvon (the victim) cannot become impoverished; he's in the land of milk and honey, now.

Zimmerman lying to a judge about 2 separate issues is a distraction?

Are you denying that he lied?

No, I read the earlier stories where the prosecutor wanted to raise his bail amount because of the donations. That's buried somewhere in the 525 pages of this thread.

And he didn't, and now he will be spending months in jail waiting for the trial. Pretty stupid on his part.
I agree that this brings his credibility into question.
But all of the physical evidence released so far seems to be on his side, so I still think he will eventually be found not guilty of 2nd degree murder.

I don't believe anything I read in the media about this anymore. I wouldn't put manufacturing evidence past the state here.
