I'm thinking that it's time the U.S. Government abolished the Marine Corps and dishonorably discharges the ranks of current servicemen in that branch. I say this because of the representation in various discussions on this forum alluding to widespread treason in the Marines. Let's pull the plug. Flush the scum. Restore order to the military.

I hope that you personally never need the services of our military.
These are people with a job to protect sorry individuals that feel they are nothing but killers. We are lucky to have them AND the other branches of our military.
Well, they could have gotten out by now or chose not to join since it was a 100% fact these were wars of choice, not necessity, known since 2002.
It is well know what their mission is/will be. Attacks going on now in seven Muslim countries against the will of their people. That's a fact.
And I say this as veteran .
They are making things worse. Worse for the USA and worse for the World.
Again - they are a department of the Navy and have ties within that branch as to keep them aligned as such.
Again - it no longer makes sense they are a ground fighting force that aligns better with the other primary ground fighting force called army.

How about rounding up every one here in America who is from Mexico and shipping them back. After all they are responsible for a lot of crime AND the killing of the Border Patrol agent.

This is a really stupid and non-senical post, since the pollster obviously does not know the role that the marines pay in the scheme of our military.
