Do you know what Obama's Global Tax is? Maybe you can find out by reading this link. Old Foot in Mouth Joe Biden really believes that this tax can work and raise more money. Neither of our "leaders" seems to think he just can't tax a corporation just because it was once located in the US. Somehow international borders don't seem to mean anything to those two. Is it really possible for the US to tax businesses in other countries? I think not, but then I am not a progressive.

obama raises the tax rates on overseas American companies, what happens?

Those same corporations raise the cost of their products they sell.

I wish all these politicians would STOP SPENDING OUR TAX DOLLARS.

Definition of politician:

poli = many

tics = blood suckers

Democrats aren't smart enough to realize that the evil corporations just hand these taxes off to the consumers. They thing their hero Obama is sticking it to those greedy sob's but in reality he's sticking it to them. They are too far gone to ever come back in my opinion. The hate evil oil and evil insurance companies and evil corporations mantra has been burned into their pathetic little minds. I'm starting to think the democrats may be right people are really stupid enough to buy their nonsense. I guess we'll find out in November because that is the final straw if this guy get elected for another four years. Panama I hear is quite nice.

Our government is a 750 pound fat man and instead of reducing the size and scope of the fat man they want to get far more taxes to feed him and beef him up bigger.
The Democrat plan makes no sense to anyone but socialists and communists.

Good god. More conspiracy theories and nuttiness from the right. Where does it end? And the article and video isn't even about Obama. It's about something Biden said.

You poor people. So mental.

So you are saying the VP does not speak in an official capacity for the government?

It's amazing to me that the liberal elites who profess to the world how 'intelligent' they are cannot figure out simple economics - IE don't spend more than you take in.

Equally amazing, they criticize a presidential candidates personal spending while telling us it's okay that their guy spends us into oblivion with our own tax dollars.

But that's what happens when you screw a left head on a body.

So, y'all are OK with corporations moving our jobs overseas to take advantage of cheap labor and avoid taxes in the process?

This proposal is one of many designed to remove the incentive for the off-shoring of our jobs. What's wrong with that?

Not how high the taxes but who pays them that is important. all the income tax should be paid by the top 10%. Also tariffs should be imposed on any imports from Americans investing overseas for lower labor costs. These tariffs should be high enough to eliminate any profit from overseas investment. Time to tell the plutocrats that the may own us but they will have to pay for that ownership. We are tired of making them rich at our expense.

Always a treat reading posts that advocate for the theft of someone elses property and higher prices for the consumer.
