if they go to court and the law is upheld like it is supposed to be, zimmerman will be going free as it should be. but with all the pc bs, who knows. this case should have never come to court.

may the da be going to jail/sued soon for her ineptitude as a lawyer.

If his version of events is accurate, then he walks. The STAND YOUR GROUND law applies in this case. It's a LAW and if zimmerman proves to be telling the truth, this is a perfect example of what is meant by it.

I wonder what will be revealed from the autopsy from Martin...if he doesn't have anything else that the gun wounds andno shots have been fired from the back of Martin than it will set Zimmerman free.

In Florida we recently had a parent telling a court how innocent their teenage son was and just a victim of the area where he grew up, AFTER killing a cop by shooting some bullets in the back of the cops head...this kid was black and the cop was white...nothing was broadcast on National tv, no Al Sharpton, No Jesse Jackson standing up to tell the black kids to change their behavior and not to drop out of school and killing cops! This was not the first black teenager who killed a cop within the last year.

With all the burglaries by black teenagers, how could this be racial profiling!

Suspect? he admitted to it.

CHICAGO – An black 18-year-old suspected of a violent attack on a white teen told Chicago police the beating was motivated by his anger over the Trayvon Martin case in Florida, MyFoxChicago reports.

What's worse, the media has fed this, and Zimmerman will probably walk because of prosecutorial misconduct, and the fact he was overcharged.

Then what happens?

What a way to screw things up and guarantee the case gets thrown out before it even goes to court...

He said it is quite possible Zimmerman was guilty of a lesser charge, but the affidavit does not support a second-degree murder charge.
The intent was to let him go ... its the timing that's important and they needed to control it. Now Obama can start race riots on command.

Watch Zimmerman turn around and sue the prosecutors and MSNBC and quite possibly win.

That would be an interesting turn of events.

Additionally, for every hate crime that was committed in his name, like

The victim should sue the perp or perps, for everything they have, and in the event they are a minor, their families as well.

He absolutely has a viable case against the jokers that selectively edited the 9-11 tape. A lot of shoddy journalism, just like with Richard Jewel.

Well they found mumia at the scene, wearing a shoulder holster, with his personal firearm with 5 empty chambers, wounded with the dying cop next to him and with 4+ eye witnesses from various walks of life.

And people walk around demanding him to be freed and that he's innocent.

No wonder cities like Chicago just lightly police certain areas and let the gangs kill each other.
