if they go to court and the law is upheld like it is supposed to be, zimmerman will be going free as it should be. but with all the pc bs, who knows. this case should have never come to court.

That is a possibility. I don't know if him and his lawyer really want to roll the dice on this. I would say it could go either way but more than likely a jury is going to find him guilty of voluntary manslaughter which carries a max of 30 years or reckless conduct which could get him up to 5 years. If they offer him 3 years in protected minimum security, he might be tempted to take it.

I wonder what will be revealed from the autopsy from Martin...if he doesn't have anything else that the gun wounds andno shots have been fired from the back of Martin than it will set Zimmerman free.
In Florida we recently had a parent telling a court how innocent their teenage son was and just a victim of the area where he grew up, AFTER killing a cop by shooting some bullets in the back of the cops head...this kid was black and the cop was white...nothing was broadcast on National tv, no Al Sharpton, No Jesse Jackson standing up to tell the black kids to change their behavior and not to drop out of school and killing cops! This was not the first black teenager who killed a cop within the last year.
With all the burglaries by black teenagers, how could this be racial profiling!

Well they found mumia at the scene, wearing a shoulder holster, with his personal firearm with 5 empty chambers, wounded with the dying cop next to him and with 4+ eye witnesses from various walks of life.
And people walk around demanding him to be freed and that he's innocent.
No wonder cities like Chicago just lightly police certain areas and let the gangs kill each other.
