Listen you don't like the rules go find another organization to join. Are you missing that point?
I wasn't responding to that point, because you were right on that. It is their rules, and unless they're changed, the Boy Scouts will continue to discriminate.
My guess, as a former GS troop leader, is that if it's a choice between a involved den mother who is a lesbian or nothing the locals will pick the involved den mother who is a lesbian regardless of "national" rules. Remember, the alternative is NOTHING. It's like every other big divide we see between ideology and reality, it often doesn't work.
Rules are rules follow them or quit the organization. Or start your own with no allegence or ties to the nation org. Call it the Glee Scouts or something.

Besides, as I pointed out she brought up her concerns and was told it wasn't a problem. Know why? Because it wasn't.
Why does the world need to know she's a lesbian? If she had kept her sexual orientation to herself, then there wouldn't be an issue. Young boys do not need to be exposed to her sexual deviations. It only serves to corrupt young minds into exploring an adult lifestyle that is of no particular benefit to them.

It was a problem because they weren't following the rules. Would you like me to come into your house and make you live by my rules of how I think things should be?
