JUDGE B: Wong Kim Ark was a BORN American citizen.

There was nothing NATURAL about him.

Don't mince words with me!

Kim Wong Ark was a Judicially Modified Organism. Citizen, that is!

Only Organic American Citizens qualify for the presidency.

I just read this case. This appeals decision wisely does NOT declare Obama to be a natural-born citizen. It also say's "We note the fact that the Court in Wong Kim Ark did not actually pronounce the plaintiff a “natural born Citizen”. Stop trying to mislead people.

misleading indeed. you cut the sentence short:

"We note the fact that the Court in Wong Kim Ark did not actually pronounce the plaintiff a "natural born Citizen" using the Constitution's Article II language is immaterial."

The Ankeny V Daniels case is flawed. It contradicts itself.

Yes, we'll believe a known internet birther troll over US COURTS.

200 years of case history says you are wrong, and you want us to believe a bunch of morons know more than Supreme Court Justices, and our founding fathers.
