If ever a logical case for forced sterilization could be made, this woman would be at the heart of that case. Unbelievable.

"A woman with a history of drug abuse and prostitution has had her seventh child taken away from her after the child tested positive for cocaine.
When the baby was taken into care in March, Daiquiri Miller, 34, told health services she 'wondered what took you so long', a court affidavit shows.
The woman, from Tulsa, Oklahoma, told police she had used cocaine, marijuana and alcohol every day during her latest pregnancy"

I agree. It sounds like a very good case for forced sterilization. What is wrong with people?
Though after the latest Octomom thread, I'm sure there will be people who think that it's just wonderful that she brought life into the world.

You trust the government enough to sterilize people, but Obama is the communist...

My personal disgust for the woman in the OP aside....I have to agree with you here. Maybe give an incentive for long-term contraception or sterilization in cases of chronic addiction in multiple pregnancies, but I cannot get on board with any legislative measure to control a part of the human body by forcible surgery (even if it may be justified on moral grounds).

Oh, I agree. But I can definitely see why people argue for it. One would think that social services would monitor this woman for pregnancies.

Sounds like that baby is a troublemaker. Damn cokehead babies. Of course the dems running the DA office blame the parents.

I agree as well. My knee jerk reaction is what I posted first but I also would disagree with forcible surgery.
