Are you implying that since it's not the custom here to eat dog it's therefore wrong here, but since it is the custom in China it is not wrong there? Why is the wrongness of the behavior dependent on location? Do you similarly find eating maggots, insects, worms, and urine wrong? Personally, I find none of those things to be wrong.
