Theres a jail there, but thats it.
The ones in MO are even worse BS.
Many of them are at existing sites that have other operations. Some of the photos on google map lose buildings and infrastructure when you zoom in too far.
They have been filtered. Other photo's are out there that have been hacked and show the massive build outs going on.

I was going to debunk it, but someone beat me to it.
Todd is a loser and you're wasting your time (and everyone else's) with this nonsense. I've already debunked the alleged "FEMA Camp" in Lima, Ohio at the rock-quarry off of I-75, and the Amtrak facility as well.
Todd couldn't tell the difference between a chicken coop and a CI Facility.
And then of course we have the old apologist tack about how Google filters out the buildings.
Intelligent people know about and have access to real-time satellite. I do.
I like the inmate estimates. They claim 20,000 at one facility, and even if you had people lay down and you stacked bodies like cord-wood you couldn't get 20,000 people in that facility.
