Most every medical source I've seen says you may get flushed and red faced during a heart attack. Fact check, don't accept statements like this from the Alex Jones guests.

A forensic attendant is not even close to a forensic pathologist or a coroner. He was a photographer.
The guy was not "Breitbart's coroner." He was a photographic technician in the coroners office, and as far as I have seen had nothing to do with Breitbart's autopsy.
