many people lost their job for following they're religion and you bgiots are happy.
this country was founded on Religious liberty not homo "rights" and when even they're is a conflict between the 2 which one do you think the founders would have gone with?
the reason liberals are in favor of homo "rights" is because they despise freedom of religion. and much like Marx think it's the opium of the masses.
Whatever is the standard norms for a civil and free society, the libs are opposed to. Marriage is just the next thing they are tearing apart. I don't know if it's intentional or not. But their liberal welfare programs have done wonders to destroy black families. It's very said, we have lost entire generations of black families.

''Our program necessarily includes the propaganda of atheism.''
''When there is state there can be no freedom, but when there is freedom there will be no state.''
How on Earth did you arrive at that conclusion? In case it's evaded your attention, the debate is about changing the marriage laws.
Or is there some sort of underground gay marriage movement doing drive-by ceremonies that I'm not aware of?
The poster I was responding to was citing law as something that we should respect. I just wondered why the poster rejected current law in most U.S. states.
Nope, they predate Judeo-Christianity. Most societies throughout human history have had those laws. A completely secular, atheist society would have the same laws. They are required for any civilized nation to function.
Would you be okay with a law being passed that was influenced by Islam? Hinduism? Get what I'm saying? Probably not......
Why not? If the majority of people voted to enact such a law - then it is the law. And why are you making assumptions about what I believe?
