Is your cat a consenting human adult?

You silly people love bringing up bestiality even when it makes ZERO sense in context. And don't even bother going down the pedophilia route.

Two. Consenting. Adults. No children, no animals.

Yes. See that's what's wrong with people who support the gays getting married. Absolutely no sense of morality. Who cares if kids are born with all kinds of genetic disorders? Maybe once a woman married to her brother gets pregnant she can just have an abortion. Just let people who love each other get married and stop caring about the health of our society. Just sickening.

You do not have the right to legislate your morality onto others. Mind your own business.

Ask a christian why their god put people on this earth and they'll say god loved people so much that he allowed them the freedom to make their own choices on earth; to either live in "morality" or "sinfulness".

...yet they don't see their measures to legislate their view of morality through the government as being contrary to their own beliefs as to their own god's intent.

Again, playing devil's advocate, what if an infertile brother and sister wanted to marry each other? What if they were both in their 70's or he had a vasectomy and she had a hysterectomy? How exactly would that affect you or anyone else?

Apparently you're against grown adults expressing love for each other. Sad...
I am not religious and I couldn't care less about what the Bible says so I wouldn't really know....

So now we're going to make concessions for siblings to get married only if they're both physically unable to prodcue children.... Hmm, it just sounds simpler to keep marriage the way it is.

You're for the degradation of our society just to allow two men or women to marry each other for some inexplicable reason. Sad.

That's great. While the Chinese, Indians, Germans and Koreans are fighting over how to educate their people even better and be even more competitive economically, Americans are fighting over a stupid issue.

In another generation, gay marriage will be legal everywhere and this will all seem as stupid as it is when you look back on segregation.

This amendment is truly disgusting. I didn't think I could have any less respect for religious conservatives. I was proven wrong today. Truly evil people.

Can't say that i've ever heard that particular line of reasoning from any Christian i've ever met.
