this is not that hard to figure out (and liberals think that intelligent people support this idiocy)
An intelligent person would know this isn't about whether they can marry anyone, it's about marrying the person you actually LOVE. And you call us stupid?? LMAO.

that's because they don't live together for a bunch of years before deciding it wouldn't work.
in other words if 2 people live together for 4 years in MA and break up it doesn't count as a divorce but if in SC the first time they live together is after marriage and they divorce after 2 years it counts as a divorce.

You obviously think antisemitism is wrong, but discriminating against gay people is okay - even though they were right beside us in the concentration camps? You give us compassionate Jewish people a bad name.

And this coming from somebody who actually does practice religion (loosely), so you can't even claim I'm an Atheist who's never read the Bible.

I'm constantly amazed by the hypocrisy coming from the right, and also from the left to a slightly lesser degree. I hate US Politics these days, and if the ignorance on this forum is any indication of our nation as a whole, I'm beginning to hate the American people too. And before you suggest I leave if I don't like it (a very un-American and childish retort), I've been dreaming of that for years. It's just not as easy as you might think, and the only place I could easily immigrate is Israel - which is too hot and theocratic for my taste.

Now let's get these laws on the books in the 20 states where gay marriage isn't banned.
Keep trying, and the states will just keep overturning them until it's no longer presented as a public vote. Do you know what the word unconstitutional means? Thankfully our courts here in California do, so that hateful Proposition is already in the process of being nullified. I imagine the same will eventually happen in NC, and everywhere else they pass these unconstitutional violations of civil rights.

Can anyone tell me why a group of people have the right to tell another group of people who they can & can't marry? what gives them the right to tell/judge others how they should live?

The Supreme Court declared it a civil right. Therefore, by law, it is. Again, please get an education. You are impossible to take seriously with such a display of pure ignorance.
read the court case and the ones it cited and you'll see that this is irrelevant because the right was based on procreation.
