No. Ever been in a restaurant full of smoke? Sucks.
Fine you don't care for smokers when you go to a resturant but where is this going to stop? Should you not be allowed to smoke in your own home because somone might drop by who doesn't smoke? What will be banned next? Where does it stop?

It is as simple as that and you have always had the right to choose not to breathe that air, how hard is that to understand?`.

If we began subsidizing healthier foods and taxing the hell out of unhealthy ones, people might gripe at first, but over time most would be quite happy with it. The big change is that crap food has gotten cheaper while real, natural food has gotten expensive.
That's the myth. The real truth is that Americans have gotten too lazy to cook. Real food is cheaper.
