Sigh - homosexuality and skin color have nothing to do with each other - this is not a civil rights issue. Homosexual activists keep trying to lay claim to something that was never theirs. Marriage has limits on it - one must be a certain age, have only one spouse at a time, and be of the opposite sex as the spouse. This is what California decided. Framing the argument as a "civil rights" issue is a last ditch LAME attempt to grab some hold on a piece of ground that you have never owned. Marriage is defined - it should not be redefined. Homosexuals men are free to marry any woman they wish - vice versa for homosexual women. Any analogies drawn between homosexual marriage and racial segregation is despicable, marginalizes the horrors that black Americans liveD with, and are quite simply WRONG.

Or is he just playing politics like he did with the keystone pipeline?
the only reason he made that public right now, is b/c he is going to Hollywood, to a 45,000 a plate fund raiser.

Of course we can grow more than Germany - we are printing money with QE1, QE2.....just hope it doesn't crash hard when we stop inflating the economy.

As long the the government uses laws to determine who can get married and who can't it's a civil rights issue.

There is nothing despicable about comparing two groups of people who have both had LAWS used to curtail or deny their civil rights.

Would you be okay with three people getting married?

Do you support getting the government out of recognizing marriages and stop having special benefits apply to those unions? I do. That would end the controversy I think. The fact that homosexual marriage activists don't support this approach demonstrates that it is not about civil rights - even they know that their lifestyle is not something that needs CR legislation to protect - because they are not prevented by law to be homosexuals. They seek marriage "rights" because being recognized as married would legitamize their relationships and sexual practices - it is all about forced acceptance - not civil rights.

Obamacorp's data analytics folks believe it will gain votes.
In reality it will lose votes.

Bad business decision by Obamacorp.
I really can't react logically to what you hope in your heart will happen. I'll just stick to the facts and the jury isn't out yet on this statement loosing any vote in the 2012 election.
I can't comment on what you dream will happen. That's all it is at this point, you haven't a clue.

For First Time, Majority of Americans Favor Legal Gay Marriage
Over half of American supports it.
America Is Becoming Less Christian, Less Religious - ABC News
Over 1/2 of America is Christian.

The numbers don't add up, there has to be Christians out there that support gay marriage.
It's a new day, a new way, and their is a new sheriff in town. Freedom for all will start to mean that pretty soon. Won't that be nice. The contradictions are getting a little old.

Really? Who'd a thought? What, read my other post did ya?
