I'd definitely vote for that. The society is so hypocritical that I can hardly stand it. Either embrace the freedom or stick to the "moral codes."

Yes, it is a victimless crime. As long as the state only recognizes one marriage, I don't see the problem.

No.

But I'm sure the libs do, because all marriage is about to them is people having sex, hospital visitation rights, and lots of government sponsored perks and tax breaks. Libs have to support it, cuz otherwise they will be denying bisexuals the right to marry the man and woman they love.

Well, do you have any evidence that marriages between conservative couples last longer than liberal ones?

If not, then you need to back the hell up and rethink what marriage is supposed to be all about to us libs because clearly you are as clueless as it gets.

And no, we support gay marriage because it's the right thing to do.

If a guy wants to have one or more women around in his life to make him unhappy, who am I to deny him his living hell?

I thought it's about letting people marry whom they love.

No. I wouldn't care if polygamy was done openly by consenting adults living in the real world... but since only crazy isolationist cults who tend to brainwash and force their girls into becoming 14 year old "brides" of middle aged men embrace polygamy, it's better for it to be illegal.

For everyone else, there's swinging.

You surely know how to impose your ideals onto others.

Personally I would like to see banning divorce. It's gross, it's unethical and immoral. It breaks up families and hurts children. I am very positive that the most devastating thing a child would experience is their parents' divorce.

The problem with this view on polygamy is rooted in the discrimination from monogamous people forcing them to live in dark closet.

There are always going to be people forcing others to be in a marriage, be it polygamy or monogamy. It's not the fault of the form of marriage. If polygamy can be done in the open, maybe we catch those underage marriages much faster just like we catch those underage marriages in monogamy.

Again, we are talking about consenting adults getting married at legal age. Other pedophilia stuff, there are laws dealing with them already.

I can't figure out why polygamy would appeal to anyone. Its hard enough to have a long term marriage to one person. Add another or two or three?? NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
