Choke on that, Hollande.

She says that just one day after Germany reported a record monthly level in march of German External trade.

Seems like the Germans keep on rolling.

Merkel will soon realize that impoverishing the people that buy Germany's industrial surplus is self defeating. Germany may have a thriving economy but the rest of Europe and the world do not. Even the most successful of states sometimes elect economic fools. Germany has done so.

She is way smarter than the clown we elected. At least she puts their country interests first. Not like our President, who hates this country.

Ms. Merkel places the interest of German bankers ahead of German industry, workers or customers. She could care less about the Gthe rest of Germany.

Actually German Industry is loving this. They are having record-level profits. Plus Germany has one of the lowest UE rate in the entire western world. So German workers are not being screwed either.

Don't you wish? We're simply ignoring the bad effects of wild spending and massive national debt. Just pretending nothing can affect us no matter what.

What was foolish was for Germany to agree to the EU and the Euro. Now their economic welfare and the value of their currency is linked to the profligacy of countries like Greece, Spain and Italy. Why should hard-working Germans bail out those deadbeats?
