If you have undeniable proof of all of this they why don't you present it to the DOJ?

But a first hand witness would bolster their case, would it not? The poster I replied to made statements about Apaio as if they were facts he knew about for sure. No one knows for sure if the allegations are true or not. Anyone can take someone to court "thinking" they have enough evidence to convict but they might well be proven wrong.
Whatever the answer to that question is, it is not harassing citizens based on their ethnicity.

Witnesses to murder also provide hearsay based on your logic. Many of the witnesses are former MCSO officers themselves. Do they have a biased agenda too?
