I donít have a problem with him arresting criminals. Itís the violating of civil rights I have a problem with. Iíll give you an example to put it in perspective.

If I were in the military in lets say WWII and Iím fighting for ďfreedomĒ and killing Germans. How would you look at me if I also purposely killed civilians? If that wasnít clear enough for you what Iím saying is good deeds or intentions donít out way crimes.

The case has not been heard yet. How would you possibly pretend to be able to know this?

If it was merely hearsay (note the spelling) the DoJ could never have filed suit. First hand testimony is by definition not hearsay. You can look it up in the Federal Rules of Evidence here:

So would the judge who will hear and decide this case. Follow along and I'm sure you'll get the chance.

You appear unable to tell the difference between "perjury" and "hearsay."

And that is an accomplishment of some note.

Convictions in "somebody's mind" are about as meaningful as any other wild fantasy.

When the case is over over, there will either be convictions in court or there won't.

I have mentioned both and no need for snide remarks.

The illegal use of county funds earmarked for use in the jails that were siphoned off and used to harass and indict his political enemies. These acts recently caused three of Arpaio's political allies, including the ex-County Attorney to lose their licenses to practice law.
I guess your "assertions" will come out in court then and it will be found that the truth hasn't been twisted? You're sure of that?

It hasn't been "proven" that he has done any of those things. Are you an armchair detective and/or judge?

Complaint
Complaints are not convictions. Who is anti-"immigrant"?

Most of his supporters are anti-immigrant! Let me clarify; anti Mexican immigration.

I clearly understand the difference between complaints & convictions. And itís my understanding once you have enough complaints piled up against you an investigation is warranted. Do you agree? Or should violations only captured on tape trigger investigations?

What it comes down to here is that there are enough complaints to trigger the DOJ stepping in. Thereís not just paper work on one or two issues. Then to put icing on the cake this pompous self-centered fool has the nerve to investigate BOís birth certificate when heís actively violating the trust of those heís supposed to protect. Wow
