The conclusion to the study about s study on studies no doubt being that it requires further study.

The study of studies by the Pentagon was a waste of money as pointed out by the GAO.

In any other business it would have been a phone call to accounting with "Hey Joe, how much do we spend on studies?".
Yes, but people are talking about the study (GAO audit) about a study on studies.
