But why did the Pentagon need to have a study to see how much they spend on studies when that info is already available since they have to account for the money they spend ?
The study of studies by the Pentagon was a waste of money as pointed out by the GAO.
In any other business it would have been a phone call to accounting with "Hey Joe, how much do we spend on studies?".
