House Continuing Resolution 110 (sponsor: Rep. Sandy Adams, R-FL)
http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/BILLS-1...onres110ih.pdf

This resolution would stop Obama (or any POTUS who renews his Executive Order) from forcing conscription in to the armed services, from seizing personal and private property durning martial law, from forcing citizens into labor against their will or from confiscating goods from businesses without providing just compensation.

House Cont. Res 110 currently has only 44 co-sponsors. It needs more. Please contact your representatives and urge them to co-sponsor and support this measure. Currently it has been referred to the House Finance Committee.

It would stop a POTUS only if it becomes law and a president signs it. This is only a House Resolution......a step in the right direction, yes, but still no teeth unless it becomes a law.
