I see your reading skills haven't improved as of late...

During 2011, I personally called Ripplewood Holdings (the private equity firm that held the majority equity value in Hostess and managed the company) and asked its top official if Hostess was experiencing financial problems. The response from Ripplewood was absolutely not, finances of the company were perfectly fine.

Not one part of that supports the previous babble that this is just to break the union, especially considering the financial reports show $500M in assets, and upwards of $1B in liabilities.. Yeah, no financial hardship there right? I guess only when you want to ignore facts because someone made a phone call and was told something that completely contradicts elementary grade accounting skills. haha

Bingo. Like many financially unsound orgs, there is a compromise which would allow most no doubt to retain jobs, but I doubt the union will do anything other than use a liquidated Hostess as a future talking point, for the ignorant.

Yeah, especially since they have been around for over 40 yrs and the obesity rates have only started really rising fast in the last 10..

The inactive lifestyle is the big reason for obesity

The unions have already made concessions during the first bankruptcy and the company responded by raising executive salaries by up to 80%.

How much more concessions do you think the unions ought to give?

I think the unions should be crushed.

The main objective for any company ( or state government ) is survival.

When regulations are so heavy -- as they are under this administration, survival is tougher by the day.

Get rid of Obama, and the whole economy will breathe a sigh of relief.

Nobody cares about Barack's homosexual tendencies.

The real problem is that Obama is killing this economy - that's what he wants to do.

The only thing that will bring prosperity back to America is ousting Obama in November.

Before Obama we were losing 750,000 jobs a month. You knew that I`m sure.
