My. You are starting to appear obsessed with this topic and having others view your link...
What, do you have some kind of problem with going to the source for the truth...I must be messing with your bias, huh?...It's your thread, so I wonder who is obsessed with the topic of sex education?
Bottom Line: If you don't find it worth discussing, don't click on this thread again now that you know what its about. Pretty simple. But I guess its just another "Can't let them RWNJ's post an opinion that jest might make some sense" defense attacks. LOL
If this thread made any sense, you might actually have a good point. And yes, you do have the right to an opinion - as do I.

If contributing multiple posts to a thread implies an obsession, we are all in need of serious therapy.
P.S. "His link" is the official museum's link to information on the exhibit - which is probably what you should have posted in the OP, instead of some inflammatory/biased Fox News piece. But simply presenting the facts wouldn't have served your agenda, right?

I think we know the answer to that question... LOL.
Nice try, but teen pregnancies have gone DOWN in recent years - most likely thanks to proper sex education, open dialogue and awareness. Would you rather the kids figure things out for themselves, or do you actually believe they won't have sex if you pretend it doesn't exist (outside of baby-making after marriage)?
Out of curiosity, what DO you think the schools & parents should cover in terms of sex education... if anything? What do you think is appropriate, and at what age?

Those matters are the parent's responsibility, and it is for the parents to determine the right time.
A report this week in the journal Reproductive Health describes what researchers call “a strong association” between the teenage birth rate of a particular state and its “level of religiosity.”
OMG ! Protect the children ! The liberals are going to destroy this world ! Canada has no values, no morals ! bla, bla,, bla. Why are Americans so uptight ? Like if a 12 years old child doesnt know what a penis or a vagina is.
This is why Canada is far better than this ****-hole country.
I don't see what the problem is. I became interested in sex around the age of 11 (I'm sure I wasn't the only one) so the younger kids are taught about sex and how to protect themselves, the better.
People are in great denial if they think that keeping sex a secret will make it go away, lol.
