I guess it all depends who gets the credit for it. If they can credit themselves, then the economy is doing great, and if they can't get the crerit, then we are in a free-fall into the abyss.

While Romney says the economy is still bad, some GOP governors boast of more robust recovery - The Washington Post

DANVILLE, Va. — While Mitt Romney faults President Barack Obama for a weak American economy, Republican governors across the country are trumpeting business growth and falling unemployment.

They include rising GOP stars and potential Romney ticket mates such as Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell. McDonnell is using a week of statewide travel and a $400,000 television ad campaign to hail the state’s 2½-year turnaround.

Make up your mind. Many or some?

Or should I say you should read your own article headlines before making up your own story.

Your headline says "Many GOP politicians" etc.

The article says "Some GOP governors" etc.

Which is it?

Of course we know your real reason for posting the article AND changing the words.

Where states are doing better - is where Republicans have been elected and right to work has been a help in some of those states.

It is because of these GOP Governors that the state economies are improving.

Michigan is doing better since Jennifer Granholm had to leave.

The entire country could be doing better by getting rid of Obama's boot on the throat of business.

How well is California doing? How has Brown made California stable?

I think the Dem governors are just as happy to point out positive economic news as the Republican ones/ California is still recovering from Swazenegger (R) era.
