You really don't see that Obama has the hole to climb out of if Hawaii doesn't do what they must do. You really don't understand that the US doesn't run the elections in Arizona, do you?

Apparently that obscure lawyer went beyond her powers when she required the State of Arizona to jump through her hoops. Arizona is still running that election and they can determine what hoops candidates have to jump through to get their names on the ballot.

It appears to me that one Barack Hussein Obama really believes he can determine whose name is on a ballot. He has no court decision about this one yet and it is getting pretty close to time for him to convince the State of Arizona that he can fit that spot. Play games about Bennet but remember that his was just doing his job as required by Arizona law.

Obama has played that game about Arizona in the courts and maybe he will just have to come through this time. You do know that Arizona is not the only state that has passed a law like this one, don't you?
You do know that President Obama has already proven that he was born in Hawaii, USA, don't you Roy?
The odds are your hero sheriff will be either kicked out of office, fined heavy or even sent to prison, don't you Roy?
You do know that your Heros (Idiots) in AZ are making the GOP look even more like the nutjobs they seemed to be, don't you Roy?
Wrap your brain around the FACT that President Obama was born in the United States of America and meets all the requirements to hold the office of President of the United States of America, if he did not the GOP would have never allowed him to take office in the first place, I know it and You know it. You guys do not stand a chance of removing him from office over this Failure of a conspiracy and you cannot win in November with Mittens as your Savior, enjoy four more years under President Obama

This is interesting and troubling. Arizona did not ask Hawaii to “VERIFY” anything. Arizona asked Hawaii to “CERTIFY” Obama’s date, time and specific place of birth as well as the names of the birth parents as listed on the certificate of live birth and the name of the attending physician. The difference between “verifying” and “certifying” is legal integrity and the attendant perjury penalties. That is a big difference. Nobody has 'certified' anything to Ken Bennett as far as we know. He needs to make the information he received from Hawaii available to the public.

Yes, it, well, Bennett, did.

"On Thursday, Bennett said he sent his request to Hawaii officials eight weeks ago but has yet to get the proof he was hoping for. He said he didn’t want another copy of the birth certificate. He wants Hawaii to give him what he described as “a verification in lieu of a certified copy of a birth certificate.”"

In Hawaii's first response to Bennett, the Hawaiian Deputy Attorney General referred Bennett to a link where Hawaiian officials publicly verified that they had a birth certificate on file for Barack Obama. If Hawaii goes much further than that, I'd be very surprised.

Whatever they produced, I saw nothing in the statement by Wisch at the new TPM article that mentioned birth in Hawaii. Here's the statement in full:

"Regarding the inquiry from the Arizona Secretary of State, Ken Bennett, requesting a verification of birth for President Obama from the State of Hawaii, Department of Health, the matter has been resolved. We have received information from Secretary Bennett that satisfied our requirements, and have therefore provided his office with a verification of birth for President Obama."

This is careful strategic lawyer wording. And since Bennett already stated that an e-mail verification was fine, we know that he hasn't actually seen any kind of document. Once again, Hawaii has merely stated that Obama was born.
